Ken Carson former Headhunter, Successful Entrepreneur and Management Consultant.
What exactly is a Headhunter?
Long before internet job boards and social networking existed, there were Headhunters. Today they are usually called recruiters or placement specialists. Old Headhunters were both feared and admired by all companies. This was because old Headhunters had a unique ability to find out exactly what was going on at any company, find and talk to anyone, at any level, in any organization.
Companies feared headhunters because they knew that a talented Headhunter could find and recruit their very best people any time they wanted to by offering new opportunities that were very exciting to candidates. That’s where the term “Headhunter” came from. It was a term of derision for many business managers who had their very best people recruited right out from underneath them. Headhunters took the term as a badge of honor. They were deeply admired by their clients though.
Their clients were always amazed that Headhunters could find exactly the person they wanted to hire. Real headhunters were so good at finding or headhunting people that a standard question they asked their clients was “What companies would you like to see us recruit from for this position?”
Today, the secrets of those old Headhunters have been lost as modern “recruiters” post jobs on the internet and collect resumes. The secrets of old Headhunters died with the advent of the internet.
Well, all of that is about to change. Old Headhunter Secrets has created courses that incorporate all of the highly unconventional techniques that they used to create jobs when there were no jobs for their best candidates. However they wrote the courses so that they can be easily understood and put into place by anyone willing to work at it.
With the worst job market that most people have ever seen, it’s time to bring back the Secrets of Old Headhunters!
